“The Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra is offering a FREE Spooktacular Halloween Concert in Cascades Park Friday, October 30. There will be food trucks and trick or treating starting at 6:00 p.m. and the concert starts at 7:00. Kids are encouraged to wear their costumes.”
