Hello there Dee and Jackie,
Attached is the flyer for the Daddy Daughter Valentines Dance.  We are
ready to begin pushing it, posting it, and sharing it as soon as
possible!!!  Jackie, please, please get it out to the school principals
as soon as you can.  As you know, your help in that regard has been one
of the best tools we have for filling the house every year.  You are
essential to our success!

The Mayor is planning to come again to welcome the dads and daughters.
I hope that you and Dee will also plan to attend again this year with
your daughters!  Let me know as soon as you can so that we can reserve
VIP table's for you and parking again.

And, please, if you guys have any ideas for helping us to promote the
dance, feel free to call or email me to share your thoughts!

Will you please let me know when it goes out to the schools and on the
calendars?  I would really appreciate it.
