The health information form is now available in FOCUS to update.  Please take time to complete and submit this information.  The system will require all students linked to your account to be updated before you can access any additional features of the account. You should see the screen as you log in. Health Screenings begin next week which will include checking BMI, vision hearing and scoliosis for 6th graders.  If you do not want your child to be screened you will need to log into to FOCUS to opt out.  Let us know if you have any questions.
