Dear LCS District Family—

Today is the launch of LCS Spring into Wellness Week (March 8 – 12)  in which our schools will share information and participate in activities related to mental health and overall wellness. Along with that, each day this week the district will share two Wellness Tips that feature student artwork.

Last month, students were asked to submit artwork related to mental health, wellness, and spring. Ten were selected from over 50 submissions, but all of the artwork creatively and inspirationally conveys how important mental health and wellness is to our students and school communities. Attached you will find today’s Spring into Wellness Tips alongside the chosen artwork that best reflects each tip.
