This e-mail is for all of the men that sing with any chorus class at
Lincoln High School.

Our Men's Day will be next Tuesday, January 25, at Chiles High School.  All
men will be excused from classes for the entire day but will be responsible
for any work they miss because of this event.  Due to the cost and
difficulty in scheduling transportation through the county, we will meet at
Chiles High School.  If you do not drive and need a ride that morning I
will arrange to have students carpool from Lincoln.  All men need to be in
the Chiles Auditorium by 8:30am.  Rehearsals will run until 2:00pm and
students will be dismissed to either go home or return to school.  All men
need to wear a Lincoln Chorus t-shirt or a black shirt.  If you do not have
either of those, it is OK, do not go out and buy one specifically for that
day.

There will be two options for lunch.  Students can order a Subway lunch
through me (turkey, ham or veggie sub, drink, chips and a cookie) for $8 or
they can bring a lunch.  No students will be allowed to leave campus for
lunch, no exceptions.  Please let me know by tomorrow if you intend on
ordering Subway and please have your money to me by the beginning of
rehearsal Tuesday morning at Chiles.

The concert that evening will be at 7pm in the Chiles HS Auditorium.  All
students are expected to meet in the auditorium by 6:30pm so we can line up
and be in place to start on time.
