Good Morning Gifted Listserv,

Welcome back to the start of the 2021-2022 school year. Hope that everyone has enjoyed their summer break and that the first day of school goes well. My name is Sam Thompson and I will be filling the role previously held by Andrea Goddard.

This summer our Title IV teachers hosted several summer camps (BrickLab enrichment, WFSU camp, Camp Invention, and Robotics)  that over 200 students participated in. A big thank you to our Title IV teachers who organized the camps and for our outstanding partnerships with WFSU and FSU robotics.

Each week, this Listserv will be sharing enrichment activities that you can do with your students as well as announce any upcoming events that might be of interest.

This year, we will be providing various virtual parent sessions and would appreciate your input. In next week's Listserv post, there will be a parent survey to gain some information on parent seminar topics that might be of interest to you
