Volunteers are needed for the following PTO activities:

Help stuff papers into the Holder Folders to be distributed at orientation or
on the first day of school.  Come to the conference room in the office
anytime between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 15.  Lunch will
be provided.

Order and sell food and drinks during Orientation, 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.  PTO has
a budget for purchasing food items

Help sell and distribute the school supply packets.  15 to 30 minute shifts
are available anytime between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.  Sales will take place
in Room 308/310.  Contact Paula Alford at 668-2617 if you can help.

Parents to help with Boo Hoo breakfast on the first day of school, from 8:30
to 9:30 a.m.  Volunteers are needed to make new Kindergarten parents feel
welcome and encouraged that they and their children will enjoy being part of
the Hawks Rise family.

During the first week of school, help new students locate their classrooms
from the car pick-up and bus areas in the morning, and guide them from
classrooms in the afternoon.
