There will be a reception at the FAMU Art Gallery on Friday evening from 6 -
8 pm for an exhibit of art work by art teachers from Leon and surrounding
counties. Each teacher's work will be accompanied by a couple of their
students' works.

The exhibit is designed to demonstrate the art instructor's dual role as an
artist in his/her own right and as a mentor to his/her students. Mrs. Osborn
has selected the work of Deanna Bellia and Allison Cottle for the exhibit.
She felt the work of these two students reflected her own in some way.

Directions to the FAMU ART Gallery: Go south on Adams Street. Pass the FAMU
Presidents mansion on the right, and turn right at the next street,
Barbourville Street. Take a right at the end of Barbourville onto Martin
Luther King Jr. Blvd., which is also known as "the set." Go to the second
street and turn left, and continue until the street comes to a dead end,
facing the Band Building. Turn right. The Art Building will be the first
building on the left.
