1) Welcome. Mitch Gans, President

2) Presentation of Proclamation. Dr. Randy Pridgeon to read a proclamation
from The Honorable Bill Montford, Superintendent

3) Present AGG Mission Statement.   Recommendation: Approve

4) Present AGG By-Laws.  Recommendation:  Approve

5) Treasury Report

6) Create and Appoint Standing Committees:

  - Social Committee; to plan and conduct 1 or 2 social events annually.
Recommendation: Approve

  - Membership Committee; to actively promote AGG membership.
Recommendation: Approve

  - Scholarship Committee; to work with faculty and staff to select worthy
Godby Seniors to receive AGG Scholarships. Recommendation: Approve two
$250.00 Scholarships for 2004.

7) Create an Ad-Hoc Committee to Honor Graduates that have served in the
Military. Recommendation: Approve

8) Create an Ad-Hoc Committee to Develop a Pictorial History of Godby High
for the next AGG meeting. Recommendation: Approve

9) Group Photo for Web Site.

10) New Business, Announcements and Adjournment.
