On October 14, 2003, several Godby alumni met with Dr. Randy Pridgeon,
Principal, to discuss starting an alumni association.  Dr. Pridgeon was
thrilled with the idea and challenged the us to become an academic booster
club.  We are delighted to announce to you that we intend to meet that
challenge.

We have organized the Association of Godby Graduates.  Newly elected
officers are:  President, Mitch Gans, class of 81
Vice President, Jim Reilly, class of 88
Secretary/Director, Manny Joanos, class of 74

The next meeting will be held in January.

We hope you will consider joining our efforts in creating a strong alumni
association for Godby High School.  The association will be the first of
its kind in Tallahassee.  We can make Godby High School #1!  Please join
the Association of Godby Graduates today.

Annual dues: 1st year through December 2004
Cougar Cub - $10:  ID card.
White Cougar - $20:  ID card, mouse pad with logo.
Blue Cougar - $50:  ID card, mouse pad, polo shirt with logo.
Blue Cougar for two-member household - $80:  2 ID cards, 2 mouse pads, 2
polo shirts with logo.
