Important Reminder for Incoming 7th Grade Students and Parents:

It is not too early for students to receive immunizations that are needed
for the 2006-2007 school year!  The required 7th grade entry tetanus
booster is due before school starts. Here are the dates and locations for
clinics available through the Leon County Health Department:

All children receiving immunizations through the Health Department must be
accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.   Parents should bring a copy
of their child’s complete immunization record.

Any child receiving immunizations through the Leon County Health
Department on or before July 31, 2006, may register for a drawing for one
of two $25.00 Governor’s Square gift certificates donated by VISTA
Healthplan.
