Day Light Saving Time takes place on Sunday, October 26, 2003. Clocks go
back one hour at 2:00 AM on Sunday. Remember, spring forward and fall back!
This is also a good time to change the batteries in your home smoke
detectors. A working smoke detector more than doubles the chances of
surviving a home fire.
