Parents,

I am pleased to announce that today's administration of the SSS Mathematics
portion of the FCAT was another success.  Again, students, full of
confidence in their performance on this state assessment, filled the halls
with joy as they moved from the testing sites to their regular scheudled
classes.

Many students shared their enthusiam by saying that they "Tamed the
F-Cat".  With this kind of enthusiam from our students, teachers and
administrators are looking forward to the posting of the final results.  As
the administrative leader, we have worked strategically this school year,
specifically targeting identified needs.  Using data as the driving force
behind curricular decisions, we believe the final results will further
determine if we are on the right track for our students.

We continue to "Aim Toward Excellence" and we are confident that we will
make tremendous gains to that end.

March 17 - 18 are the next testing dates, with make up testing March 19 -
