Good afternoon Gilchrist Families!
We are kicking off summer reading with an event at Barnes and Noble this Friday, June 3rd  with special guest story tellers!
Come listen to some of our teachers read a story, if you decide to make a purchase, all proceeds from the weekend event will benefit Gilchrist, just let the cashier know you are supporting Gilchrist with your purchase, any time Friday-Sunday. It's a great time to pick up some fun summer reading material and summer bridge books that will help to prepare students for the next grade.
Friday 10:30am Story Time with Ms. Bottini, Ms. Bowman, Ms. Iott, Ms. Gibson, Ms. Vandewater and more!
Friday 1:30pm Story Time with Ms. Dunn, Ms. Poll, a special guest from the Superintendent's office and more!
Students will receive a certificate for a special treat from one of our business partners during story times.

Saturday Summer Reading Triathlon Opening Ceremony beginning at 11:00amwith fun and games
