The 8th Grade Trip Payment and Authorization Form are due by Friday,
November 5th.  Students should begin turning in their Authorization Forms
and payments to their PC teachers this week, no later than Friday.  There
is a link on the Cobb Web site with the Trip Packet available in .pdf
format for downloading.  If we do not have enough interested students—the
Atlanta trip will be cancelled and a single-day trip to Bush Gardens, Tampa
will be scheduled, so get those forms and checks to your PC Teachers this
week.

COST

$250 if paid in full on Friday, November 5, 2004.
$270 if paid in three installments of $90 due on 11/5/04, 1/31/05, and
3/11/05.
Payment MUST be a check or money order (made out to Cobb PTO), no cash will
be accepted.
Authorization Forms must accompany payment.
