PTO September 21, 2004 Meeting Agenda

GRANDPARENTS DAY - Friday, September 10,
A great success! Next year more planning. Any suggestions?
GIFT WRAP - Orders have been sent in. Delivery expected by October11.
Low turn around probably do to bad weather. Average of 5 orders turned in
per class. High selling winners to be announced and Nascar Pig Races to be
scheduled in November.
COOKIE DOUGH - Sale kick-off begins on Friday, September 24 – October 8
This can make up for lost sales in gift wrap and will arrive in time for
the holidays!
TREASURERS REPORT – Nina Stone
SAC VOTE – Jaqui Griffith
FIELD DAY will be on Friday, October 22 for all grades. All students need
to get white t-shirts turned in for dying. Volunteers needed to dye shirts,
they will be reimbursed when receipts turned in.
Mr. Burke and Gatorade will be supplying drinks and we are hoping for a
return donation from Mr. Krembeck for cookies.
This day will also include the A+ School Celebration with a cook-out lunch
and ice cream from Publix.
Thursday, October 21 meet in Guidance hallway 5:30pm to blow up a lot of
balloons!
November 9th is the Patriotic Music Program and Dinner
Second Grade sponsoring? Pizza and soda
