VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Field Day is Friday October 22, 2004
 Volunteers needed on both fields to demonstrate, assist, and cheer
for classes as they participate.
 Hydration Station will pass out Gatorade and cookies.

Gift Wrap Distribution Friday October 22, 2004
 8:00 am to 6:00 pm in the cafeteria

Volunteers still needed for:
 Kid’s Voting – November 2, 2004 – Volunteers still needed to help
man the Kids Voting Table at Chaires Community Center

 Holiday Music Program – November 9, 2004 – Second grade will be
selling Pizza one hour before show. Those parents assisting with the dinner
will have reserved seating to view the performance. See your second grade
teachers to save your spot.

 Cookie Dough Distribution – November 9, 2004 – Volunteers needed to
help with distribution of cookie dough from 1-6 pm.

 Book Fair – November 9, 2004 ONE DAY ONLY!! 8am – 8pm Volunteers
needed to assist with the sale.

 Santa Shop – December 6-10 8am to 1pm each day
Mrs. Munn will be decorating with the assistance of the art classes.
Need volunteers to assist children with selecting and purchasing gifts.

  October 29 – November 12 Will be back in time for Christmas.
