Attention Volunteers!!!

Even if you have already signed up to help with Spring Festival (thank you
so much!!!) , please read this message for important information.


The time is fast approaching for Spring Festival and we really need more
volunteers!  So far, the response coming in for class booths has been very
low.  Last year, we had to shut down some booths temporarily because we
didn’t have any volunteers for them.  Please don’t let this happen again!


*****  All Volunteers please report to the Volunteer check in (in the
breeze way at the school) a few minutes before the hour you agree to
volunteer and we will direct you to your class booth or to wherever help is
needed the most.  *****


***** EVERY VOLUNTEER WHO SIGNS IN GETS A FREE CHANCE AT A “TISKET TASKET”
BASKET OF THEIR CHOICE!!  ******

1. Volunteers – we desperately need more volunteers for Saturday – we need
coverage of 1 hour shifts (or even half an hour will help.)  especially
between 10:00 and 2:00.

2. Two liter bottle of soda – please send in one 2 liter bottle with your
child before Friday.  Any brand will be gratefully accepted, but we need
more Pepsi products to use in the wonderful trailer that Pepsi is providing
for us.

3. Silent Auction donations – please send in items for your class basket
before Friday (each class has a theme).

message at the school office (878-8534.)   Thanks for volunteering at
Chaires!
