PRINCIPAL’S PAWSE
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Adrian Fogelin, author of
Crossing Jordan, who visited our school on Tuesday, January 22nd. We were
very honored to have her here with us. Ms. Fogelin visited with two fourth
grade classes and two fifth grade classes. She attended our PTO Family
Writing Night on the evening of the 22nd and spoke with parents, students,
and faculty about the writing process. We thoroughly enjoyed her visit and
hope to have her back again some time.
Please join me in congratulating our Teacher of the Year, Linda Fasthoff,
one of our Pre-K teacher, and our Employee of the Year, Susan Fordham, an
Instructional Aide in Guidance.

PHOTO ID FOR PICK-UP OF STUDENTS
Please don’t be offended if we ask for an ID when students are picked up
from school. We will ask for an ID if we do not know who you are or if
there is a question about pick-up. This is for the safety of your children.

INTERESTED IN CHILDCARE AT CHAIRES

something we are considering for the future. Please let us know by calling
the front office at 878-8534.
