Overwhelming Success approx 90 grandparents
Next year suggestions/ideas
 Pre sell tickets for lunch to eliminate problems with line backing up
 More Notice

Gift Wrap
Sales lower than usual probably due to Hurricanes average of 5 order forms
per class.
Nascar Pig races everyone who sold 6 items
Merchandise should be here by 10/11 will need volunteers to distribute

Cookie Dough
9/24 – 10/8
Preportioned Dough will be in before Thanksgiving comes in after school and
must be picked up that day, as there is no storage space. Should be in on
11/9

Treasurer’s Report
Gift Wrap sales $17,400.00
Net   approx $8,000.00

Spirit Sales  over $4,000.00
Net  Approx $2,300.00

Summer skate nights approx $20.00 each month
Have funded Music program for year $1,700.00

Field Day
Oct 22
Students need to bring in white t-shirt ASAP
Parent or two per class to tie dye shirt.
Pepsi/Gatorade will be donating small bottles of Gatorade.

A+ School Celebration will be same day Cookout and ice cream

Thursday before Field day will meet in Guidance Hallway to blow up
balloons, signs etc.

Panther Sprit Store
Items for recognition and purchase
Suggestions so far:  Shoe laces, pompoms, ankle socks, lanyards, visors,
key chains, magnetic frames, balls, Frisbees, zipper pulls, pencil pouches
Need to establish budget, purchasing guidelines etc.

Campbell’s soup coordinator
Santa shop decorator

11/9 Patriotic program and dinner
Second grade sponsoring dinner
Kitchen will close when show starts. Reserved seating for those who are
working in kitchen.

Jaqi – SAC vote
SAC school improvement plan major goals and short term
Also decide on how school recognition money is spent.

Policy- wellness policy is being worked on this year. October 11th is next
meeting.
