Families Connect @ the Library:  Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.
Stories and crafts for families to enjoy together!

August 1 Be Cool!!!   Read Three Cheers for Tacky.  Take home a
paper penguin friend.

August 8 Back to School.  Get ready for school as we read Moony
Luna.  Create a notepad holder for your door knob.

August 15 Walking Toward Health.   Enjoy I Went Walking as it is read
aloud.  Take home a walking shoe with your name on it.

August 22 Elephants and Friends, Friends and Elephants.  Read Emma
Kate and watch for a surprise ending.  Make an elephant with a working
trunk.

August 29 Celebrate Labor Day.  Read Rocks in His Head and see what
job needs someone with rocks in his head.  Make a crown of stars for your
favorite worker.


Summer Reading Program - Bring in your reading logs and collect the prizes
your summer reading has earned you.  Prizes will be distributed until
Saturday August 19.

All programs are free and open to the public.
