The Chaires School Advisory Council is sponsoring an evening event to
inform parents about All Standardized Testing.   Plan to join us on
Tuesday, January 11, 2005 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. in the Chaires Cafeteria.

Mrs. Zoe Cooper from the Leon County Schools Student Assessment Office will
present to parents.  She will give parents practical suggestions on how to
help your child become a better test taker and what you can do at home to
alleviate test anxiety, daily reading, informational reading, etc.

Please be sure to join us!  We will have FREE snacks, drinks, babysitting
for school-aged children and homework passes for all of the students of
parents that attend!  We will also award the primary and intermediate
class  that has the highest percentage of parent participation with a pizza
party!!
