Minutes PTO Meeting held on November 16, 2004in the Cafeteria starting at
5:30 pm

Old Business
Art Supplies fund raiser – raised $1600.00
Field Day – Success, new activities lots of volunteers.
Cookie Dough – Best sale ever, well organized and pick-up went well.
Possible Spring Sale
1 Day Book Fair- Very good for 1 day sale, simple from volunteer
standpoint, easier, consider doing 1 day instead of week (or 2 days to give
the students time to look over the books the first day)

New Business
Humanities due

Holiday Shop December 6-10
May use portable
Volunteers to count out envelopes etc
Week before shop Skate night
Volunteers to act as personal shop assistants

Castle Playground
Sanding Staining, etc.
January?
Richard Noakes will get prices.

Holiday Music Dinner Program December 14th
Ticket pre-sell Adults $5.00 Children $3.00
Pre-sell gives you reserve seating.
Dinner starts at 5pm, music starts at 6pm.

Menu – Rolls, turkey, ham, green beans, mashed potatoes, gravy, pies, and
drinks
Fairview kids to serve.
