Due to requests for additional options under the Family Education Rights and
Privacy Act (FERPA), Leon County Schools has developed the attached
addendum.  You will only need to return this form to the school if you wish
to make changes to your original form or if you have previously requested
that your child’s student information not be classified as directory
information and wish to remove that restriction.
