2009 WINTER SPORTS - REGISTRATION INFORMATION


  ONLINE REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE @ talgov.com

Registration forms are available at the following locations:  All Community
Centers, the Administration Office (912 Myers Park Dr) and at all
registration sites on the day of registration.  Forms may also be
downloaded from our website talgov.com.  For more information on youth and
adult athletics call 891-FUNN (3866).

Walker Ford Community Center November 5, 2009, 6:00 PM
Jack McLean Community Center November 6, 2009, 6:00 PM
Lawrence Gregory Community Center @ Dade Street
                                November 9, 2009, 6:00 PM
 Deerlake Middle School         November 10, 2009, 6:00 PM

Registration for all age groups: Junior Girls 9-10, Int. Girls 11-13,
Junior Boys 9-10, Int. Boys 11-12 and Senior Boys 13-15 will be held at the
locations shown above.  Sign up and practice in your neighborhood and play
games there depending on number of teams developed.  All new and returning
players MUST be present for player skill evaluation.  Everyone who
registers will be placed on a team.  Age determining date is September 1,
2009.  Any 8 year old that turns 9 on or before December 31, 2009 is
eligible for the Junior League.

Registration for all age groups, 5-18 years old, will be Saturday, November
7, 2009, from 9:00-11:00 AM at the following locations:  Buck Lake, Roberts
and Conley Elementary Schools, Jack McLean and Palmer Munroe Community
Centers, Lee, Levy, Meridian and Winthrop Parks. Age determining date:
September 1, 2009.

Dates to Remember:

November 12 - 6:00 PM: Adult Basketball Organizational Meeting at the
Administration Office (912 Myers  Park Dr).  The team manager or a team
member needs to be in attendance.

November 19 – 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM:  Adult Basketball Registration at the
Administration Office (912 Myers Park Dr).
